Flo.Sota Renovations llc is a locally owned and family operated business. Jim Siebenaler was an exceptional, custom home builder in Minnesota for twenty plus years. Jim and his beautiful family moved to the great state of Florida, in 2019, and Jim continued on with a successful renovation company.

What sets Jim apart from most other contractors, besides his professional, hardworking, reliable persona, is his hands on approach. Jim isn't just the owner of Flo.Sota Renovations, he is one of the main installers/laborers.
